The Bolivian Air Force acquired two BAe 146-200s on a lease-to-buy arrangement from lessor Tronos in 2007. The 146s are operated by Grupo Aéreo de Transporte 71, also known as Transporte Aéreo Militar (TAM). TAM operates airline services to isolated communities within Bolivia. A third BAe 146-200 was added in 2009. The airline also owns a series 100, which is parked at La Paz minus many parts.
