  Comores Aviation International

Comores Aviation leased several BAe 146s from South African operators, beginning with a series 200 leased from African Airline Investments in late 2008. In late 2010, she was replaced by a series leased from Allegiance Air, and then a series 300 from Fair Aviation in early 2011. The series 300 proved too large for Comores Aviation, however, and they replaced her with a Fokker F28 leased from AirQuarius in May.

Moroni-based Inter Iles Air leased a BAe 146-300 from Fair Aviation in August 2011. She is initially being used on inter-island flights serving Moroni, Anjouan, Pemba, and Nosy Bé. Eventually, the airline plans to begin services to Tanzania, Kenya, Mauritius, Madagascar, and the Seychelles.
