Mahan Air BAe 146 EX-27000 at Tehran (Iman-Iranian Spotters)

A BAe 146-300 was spotted at Tehran's Mehrabad International Airport in early December wearing the colors of Iranian airline Mahan Air. She is registered in Kyrgyzstan as EX-27000, and is reported to be one of the BAe 146-300s previously operated by China Eastern, who have been in storage for several years. Mahan Air is reportedly operating her to domestic destinations such as Zahedan, Kerman, Iran Shahr, Shiraz, Asaloee, Mashhad, Sirjan, Mahshahr, and Isfahan.

Taban Air's BAe 146-300 LZ-HBD landing at Tehran (Shahram Sharifi)

Taban Air, a new Iranian airline, started operations with a BAe 146-300 wet-leased from Hemus Air in November 2006. Taban Air is based in Mashhad, in northwestern Iran. A second 146 was added in early 2007.
