Indonesian airline Airfast operates BAe 146-100 PK-OSP (msn E1124) in a VIP configuration on behalf of Metro TV.

Indonesian regional airline PT Aviastar Mandiri operated former Flybe BAe 146-300 PK-BRD (msn E3189) on regional routes in Papua Indonesia, but she crashed near Wamena on April 9, 2009.

Linus Airways BAe 146 PK-LNJ at Medan(M Radzi Desa)

Indonesian airline PT Linus Airways operates two BAe 146-200s, PK-LNI (msn E2204) and PK-LNJ (msn E2210), configured with 98 seats in a single class. Linus Airways began operations on February 20, 2008, flying from Jakarta to Tanjung Pandan, an island between Sumatra and Borneo. Other routes have been gradually added, focusing on underserved regional destinations. The airline plans to acquire as many as four more 146s.

Manunggal Air BAe 146 PK-VTM (Sandy Koesdarsono)

Manunggal Air operates former Asian Spirit BAe 146-100 PK-VTM (msn E1009 ex RP-C2999). The 146 complements Manunggal Air's Transall C.160 on cargo services to remote areas of Indonesia, in particular Irian Jaya.

Pelita is a subsidiary of the Indonesian national oil company, Pertamina. It operates an Avro RJ85 in a VIP configuration, with executive seating in front and airline-style six-abreast seating in back.

PT Riau Airlines has leased two former Turkish Airlines Avro RJ100s from BAE Systems Regional Aircraft. Both were delivered in mid September, 2008. Riau Airlines is based at Pekanbaru, Sumatra, and is owned by the goverments of Riau and neighboring provinces.
