Indonesian regional airline PT Aviastar Mandiri is operating former Flybe BAe 146-300 G-JEBC (msn E3189). The BAe 146 complements the airline's existing fleet of de Havilland Canada DHC-6 on services within Papua Indonesia.

  Linus Airways

A new Indonesian airline, PT Linus Airways, has leased two BAe 146-200s from BAE Systems Regional Aircraft. Linus Airways began operations on February 20, 2008, flying from Jakarta to Tanjung Pandan, an island between Sumatra and Borneo. Other routes have been gradually added, focusing on underserved regional destinations. Linus Airways operate two BAe 146-200s, PK-LNI (msn E2204) and PK-LNJ (msn E2210), configured with 98 seats in a single class. The airline plans to acquire as many as four more 146s.

Pelita is a subsidiary of the Indonesian national oil company, Pertamina. It operates an Avro RJ85 in a VIP configuration, with executive seating in front and airline-style six-abreast seating in back.
