Indonesian airline Airfast operates BAe 146-100 PK-OSP (msn E1124) in a VIP configuration on behalf of Metro TV.

Aviastar BAe 146-200 PK-BRF (Puchong Suchaiboonsiri)

Indonesian regional airline PT Aviastar Mandiri operated a BAe 146-300, PK-BRD (msn E3189), on regional routes in Papua Indonesia, but she crashed near Wamena on April 9, 2009. The airline subsequently acquired two series 200s, PK-BRE (msn E2139) and PK-LNJ (msn E2210), one of which is operated on behalf of Transnusa Air Services.

Kaltim Airlines, a start-up being launched with support of the East Kalimantan provincial government, announced its intention to operate a BAe 146 leased from Penas Airlines in 2011. However, the airline never got off the ground.

Indonesian airline PT Linus Airways operated two BAe 146-200s, PK-LNI (msn E2204) and PK-LNJ (msn E2210), on routes from Jakarta to previously underserved regional destinations from February 2008 to May 2009, when services were suspended as a result of financial difficulties.

Nusantara Air Charter operates two BAe 146-200s: PK-JKW (msn E2204) on passenger flights and freighter PK-JKC (msn E2113).

Pelita Avro RJ85 PK-PJJ at Beijing (Weimeng)

Pelita is a subsidiary of the Indonesian national oil company, Pertamina. It operates an Avro RJ85 in a VIP configuration, with executive seating in front and airline-style six-abreast seating in back.

Penas Airlines BAe 146-200 PK-VKD at Jayapura (Stefendy)

Penas Airlines operates a BAe 146-100.

PT Riau Airlines leased two Avro RJ100s from BAE Systems Regional Aircraft in mid September, 2008. The airline returned them in April 2010 after falling in arrears on lease payments.

Aviastar Mandiri operates a BAe 146-200 on behalf of Transnusa Air Services, on flights from Bali's Denpasar Airport to destinations in East Nusa Tenggara.
