  Airlink

South African airline Airlink is leasing several BAe 146s from BAE Systems Regional Aircraft. Safair also operates several Avro RJ85's on Airlink's behalf. Airlink was in negotiations to take over Air Botswana, which operates two BAe 146-100s, but the deal was cancelled by the government of Botswana.

  Executive Turbine

Lanseria-based Executive Turbine has received a former CityJet BAe 146-200 and two former Air Wisconsin BAe 146-300s. They are believed to be intended for Lonrho's Fly540 operation in Angola.

  Safair

Safair Avro RJ85 ZS-ASW flying for Airlink
Safair Avro RJ85 ZS-ASW flying for Airlink (Hannes Meyer)
Safair operated a series 100QT freighter and a 200QC convertible freighter between 1991 and 1995. In late 2007, it acquired several former Mesaba RJ85s, some of which are operated on behalf of Airlink.

  Transkei Airways

Transkei Airways operated a 146-200QC convertible freighter in cooperation with Safair between 1991 and 1995.
